How to order on Noyanland?
Noyanland makes every effort to ship your order to the desired address quickly and safely.
Delivery & delivery time
Orders received before 4 pm C.E.T. on business days, will be delivered in two working days, within The Netherlands. Deliveries within Europe will be delivered in 3-4 working days. Delivering your order on national holidays may take longer.
Your order will be packaged so well, that breakage or damage is impossible. Should your order be delivered with any damage, we will fully reimburse all cost.
Within The Netherlands, in case your order amounts to more than €120,-, no delivery cost will be charged. Otherwise, €7,50,- will be charged towards delivery cost.
Within Europe, orders above €150,- will be delivered at no extra cost, otherwise €15,- delivery cost will be charged.
Within Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxemburg, we not only service private individuals, but also catering establishments, event agencies and other companies that are interested in our products.
Private individuals: Payments on our website, Noyanland.nl, are processed using a secure system. Our payment traffic is run by Mollie. Mollie is a pioneer in online payments and takes care of payments for over 30,000 companies, all over the world.
Noyanland accepts payments through iDeal and by credit card.
Business: We have special rates for our business clients. They can pay on account, if they wish to do so. The invoice period is 14 days. In some cases, it is possible to agree upon a different invoice period. Should you wish to complete purchases for your company, please contact us on email@example.com. We will arrange things for you, after you supply us with your billing and shipping address.
Your statutory rights include a period of 14 days of reconsideration. In case you reconsidered your purchase, you can return unopened bottles within said period. In that case, we would appreciate it very much, if you contacted us first, using our e-Mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. The bottles are to be returned in the original shipment box. You will have to pay for returning your order yourself.
